Orders are processed and delivered within 2–5 working days, subject to stock availability and courier timelines. Delivery times may be longer over public holidays or when order volumes are high.
Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy. You receive a tracking number by email when your order is sent, and you can see it under My account.
You can also collect your order free of charge at our store: 53 Chris Hani Way, Spar Complex, Bela-Bela. We let you know when it is ready.
Orders paid by manual EFT are sent once the payment has cleared in our account.
